Clifton J. Mohomes founded Ryzewell Consulting to be that mirror. He leads a boutique practice in service of talented, experienced people who may not yet see clearly what they carry and the gifts that they possess — and crafts bespoke engagements that reveal it, so they can build something real from it.
Clifton holds a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and brings two decades of professional experience — including more than thirteen years of public service with the State of Illinois, where he advanced from direct casework to advising on methods and procedures, and now analyzes operations at the management level. The throughline has always been the same: help people, and help the systems around them, function better. Ryzewell Consulting is the natural next chapter — the work he has always done, finally given a name.
